al’s fine foods llc is the eponymous enterprise of al delmerico, avid fermenter and proud buffalonian (more about al here).

Our signature product, shout kraut, is the most irresistible, boldest flavored sauerkraut you’ve ever tasted! Cut thick, well salted, and fermented with a silly amount of garlic, you might find yourself eating it straight from the jar.

Our products use local WNY inputs and are made in small batches at our home base in Buffalo.
